Novo Armory, as our name suggests, is about giving you the Tools for Change.

To ensure you get the most out of our training we maintain smaller groups for our coaches so that you can feel engaged and looked after every time you enter our facilities.

We’ll equip you with the Tools for Change through our bespoke training, combining the camaraderie of group classes, with a unique approach designed to get the best out of each individual. Its time to rethink fitness.

Our Services

Boxing

Technical Boxing Classes:
A combination of pad-work, bag-work, shadowboxing, partner drills, and technical sparring to improve boxing skills. Suitable for all levels.

Hiit

High Intensity Interval Training:
High intensity training with varied exercises focusing on increased heart rates and burning large amounts of calories for fat loss. Suitable for all levels.

Lift

Hypertrophy Based Training:
Full body sessions using targeted body parts with exercises that are muscle growth focused for increased athleticism and aesthetics. Suitable for all levels.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength Based Training:
Compound lifts using heavy weights and low rep ranges, accompanied by accessory exercises designed to increase full body strength and increases endurance. Suitable for all experiences.

Spin

Spin Class:
Loud music, fancy lights, high energy, fast tempo. Indoor cycling with the best instructors in a dedicated studio space. Suitable for all levels.

Core

Core Based Training:
45 minutes of non stop core focusing on stability, strength, and endurance. Suitable for all levels.

Muay Thai

Technical Muay Thai Classes: 
A combination of pad-work, bag-work, shadowboxing, partner drills, and technical sparring to improve Muay Thai skills. Suitable for all levels.

Stretch

Flexibility and Mobility Based Training:
45 minutes of guided stretching and mobility training designed to improve flexibility and mobility. Perfect for helping with muscle soreness and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Dance Fit

Fitness Based Dance Training:
Choreographed dance fitness training designed to improve your coordination and fitness. Suitable for all levels.
